If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item within 15 days for a full refund of the product price.
Customer pays return shipping. You can send the item with your prefer carrier.
Do not send your item back before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 201-362-0959 with e-mail subject RETURN. Please include order number. All items should be in the original packaging, be sure to include all paper work that came with your item.
Our policy lasts 15 days from day received . If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be return, unused, no odors, unstained, and in the original packaging. Please include all paper work or tags that came with your order.
Additional non-returnable items:
Any item that we do not sell through our online store gateway.

Rejection of store refund:
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after received or visible signs of wear. It will be return to you.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be promptly processed and refunded to the original form of payment, in addition an e-mail notification will be send.
Refund will include price of the item and any taxes, but it will NOT include any shipping charges that you paid.
Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take 2-5 business days, NOT including weekends, for the credit to post to your account.
